Signed-off-by: Max Filippov <jcmvbkbc at gmail.com>
---
Changes v2->v3:
- fix lib->arch.loadable_sz calculation;
- use elf_load_dynamic_entry and elf_get_section_covering instead of their
  open-coded versions in the arch_elf_init.

Changes v1->v2:
- drop gimme_arg and implement arch_fetch_* callbacks;
- add diagnostics to {get,set}_instruction_pointer, get_stack_pointer
  and get_return_addr;
- update CREDITS, NEWS and README.

Changes RFC->PATCH:
- adopt PLT unresolving algorithm used by PPC
